Who we are

Frank has been working in the accountancy industry since 2005 and is an ACCA qualified Chartered accountant.

Frank manages clients in a wide range of different sectors and industries, helping clients to make the most of their business. Looking at each business client closely and identifying areas where they can improve, streamline or differentiate themselves is a big part of Frank’s role and something that enables him to offer specific, tailored advice to each and every client.

Frank has extensive experience of providing accountancy services to small, medium and large businesses, specialising in year end accounts preparation, corporation tax compliance and advice, VAT, CIS and payroll services. Frank also holds years of experience with regards accounting in a number of specialist areas, including charities, service charge accounts, solicitors and pension schemes.

Similarly to Tom, Frank has a busy home life with his wife Georgia and two young kids. A lifelong QPR fan, Frank can often be found moaning about another defeat.

Tom started his accountancy career in 2011 and has gained a wealth of experience within the field, attaining both the ATT and CTA qualifications. Further to this, Tom is qualified as a Probate Authorised Individual.

Working closely with all manner of clients, Tom works hard to ensure that clients get the level of service that they deserve.

Tom is always keen to make sure that every client understands their tax position and has taken the right steps to mitigate tax where possible and is working with the best tax strategy to suit their needs.

With a wide range of clients from within the portfolio, Tom has a particular interest in owner managed businesses, property, international taxation and inheritance tax planning.

Outside of work, Tom has a keen interest in live music and sports. That is when he is not spending time at home with his wife and two young kids.

Georgia started her career in accountancy in April 2017 as a Tax Junior before moving into the accounts department in 2018. Since then, she has continued to develop her technical knowledge and experience, progressing to the role of Accounts Manager at HK in March 2026.

She has completed her Level 4 AAT qualification and is currently part-qualified with ACCA. Georgia mainly focuses on preparing company accounts and tax returns, with a particular interest in company accounts and supporting businesses with their financial reporting.

Georgia enjoys working closely with clients and helping them understand their financial position, ensuring they feel supported and confident in their accounting processes.

At Harling & Kirk Accountants, Georgia particularly enjoys the collaborative team and the opportunity to work closely with colleagues to deliver a high standard of service to clients.

Outside of work, Georgia loves making memories with her partner Ryan and their young daughter.

Charlie has been working in accountancy roles for around five years, having previously started his career in marketing. He holds a degree in Business & Marketing from Manchester Metropolitan University and has completed AAT Level 3. Charlie is currently studying towards the ACCA Chartered Accountancy qualification.

In his role as an Accounts Assistant, Charlie focuses on preparing VAT returns and assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts for a range of clients.

He enjoys the variety of working with businesses across different industries and values the opportunity to continually develop his knowledge.

At Harling & Kirk Accountants, Charlie enjoys being part of a supportive and talented team and appreciates the relaxed working environment.

Outside of work, Charlie enjoys playing golf and darts, following West Ham United, and visiting his mum and sister in Brighton when the weather allows.
