Harling & Kirk Accountants Limited is proud to announce that the firm has been recognised as an ACCA Approved Employer, achieving Trainee Development Gold / Platinum approval for its office based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
This accreditation reflects the firm’s commitment to developing future accounting professionals, and supporting high standards of ethical and professional training.
Supporting the next generation of accountants
As part of ACCA’s Approved Employer programme. Harling & Kirk Accountants can now offer enhanced support to trainees studying towards both the ACCA and CAT/AAT qualifications.
For ACCA trainees, the approval allows eligible individuals to claim exemption from the performance objective component of their Practical Experience Requirements (PER), subject to employer approval. Trainees are still required to maintain their My Experience record. But the exemption helps simplify the process while maintaining ACCA’s high professional standards.
For those studying towards the CAT/AAT qualification, trainees may also be able to claim exemption from demonstrating the essentials and technical competences of their Foundations in Practical Experience Requirements (FPER), again subject to approval.
